Terms of Service

Welcome to FAMED PR. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, digital products, media placements, public relations campaigns, marketing services, and related deliverables. By purchasing, accessing, or using any service provided by FAMED PR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Company and Service Scope
FAMED PR is a digital public relations and marketing company that provides services which may include, but are not limited to, press release writing, article placements, interviews, blog features, music promotion, brand promotion, public relations strategy, social media promotion, consulting, digital publicity campaigns, outreach, and related creative or promotional services.
All services are provided digitally unless otherwise stated in writing. No physical product is shipped unless specifically described as part of a separate agreement.
2. Digital Service Nature
By placing an order with FAMED PR, you acknowledge that our services are digital, custom, time-based, strategy-based, and often begin immediately after payment, booking, onboarding, communication, planning, writing, outreach, or account review. Because of this, all purchases are treated as purchases of digital services and custom work.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, FAMED PR does not offer refunds, chargeback-based reversals, or partial refunds once payment is made, except where required by law.
This no-refund policy applies whether or not a client later changes their mind, delays communication, fails to submit required materials, misunderstands the service, is dissatisfied with subjective creative preferences, or does not achieve their desired business, editorial, publicity, streaming, social media, or search engine results.
You understand and agree that payment secures our time, labor, planning, access, publishing opportunities, communication, and execution, not any guaranteed commercial outcome.
4. No Guarantee of Specific Results
FAMED PR does not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to guaranteed press pickup, virality, audience growth, music streams, sales, bookings, media coverage beyond agreed deliverables, chart performance, search engine rankings, social media reach, investor interest, label attention, or public recognition.
Any examples, past results, case studies, estimates, or projections shared by FAMED PR are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of future performance.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate, timely, and lawful materials needed for service fulfillment, including where applicable:
- Artist name, company name, biography, or brand description
- Photos, logos, music links, videos, social media links, and release information
- Accurate claims, factual details, and required permissions for all submitted content
- Timely approvals, edits, or confirmations when requested
- A working email address and reliable communication during the campaign period
FAMED PR is not responsible for delays, reduced campaign effectiveness, or incomplete execution caused by late responses, inaccurate materials, missing assets, failure to approve drafts, or lack of communication from the client.
6. Editorial and Placement Discretion
Where services include article placement, interviews, write-ups, or publication on partner or owned media platforms, FAMED PR reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, formatting, tone, grammar, headline style, length, compliance, legal safety, and editorial consistency.
FAMED PR also reserves the right to decline or remove content that is defamatory, misleading, unlawful, plagiarized, hateful, sexually explicit, unsafe, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate in our sole discretion.
7. Turnaround Times
Any turnaround time quoted by FAMED PR is an estimate only unless explicitly guaranteed in writing. Actual completion times may vary due to workload, editorial review, third-party response times, weekends, holidays, platform issues, client delays, or external publication schedules.
Delays do not create grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellation of digital services already in process.
8. Revisions
If a service includes revisions, they are limited to reasonable edits related to the original scope of work. Revision requests that substantially change the project direction, require rewriting from scratch, or add new deliverables may require an additional fee.
If no revision count is stated for a service, revisions are provided at FAMED PR’s discretion.
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full in advance unless a written payment arrangement has been approved by FAMED PR. No service obligation begins until payment has been received and cleared.
If a payment plan is approved, the client remains responsible for the full project amount. Missed installment payments may result in campaign pause, removal of scheduling priority, withholding of deliverables, or termination of service access until payment is brought current.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing from FAMED PR, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services that were delivered, started, scheduled, researched, drafted, communicated, or otherwise worked on. Attempting to reverse a payment after receiving digital service work may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
FAMED PR reserves the right to submit these Terms, invoices, communication logs, drafts, onboarding records, proofs of work, and other evidence to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.
11. Intellectual Property
The client retains ownership of materials they originally provide, provided they have the legal right to use them. The client grants FAMED PR a non-exclusive right to use submitted materials for the purpose of providing the contracted service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FAMED PR retains ownership of its methods, internal systems, campaign frameworks, proposal formats, page layouts, design structure, promotional strategy, copywriting drafts before final approval, and all proprietary business processes.
FAMED PR may display completed work, publication links, campaign examples, client name, logo, or non-confidential deliverables in its portfolio, website, sales materials, and social channels unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Publications
Some services may involve or reference third-party platforms, websites, media outlets, streaming services, social media platforms, search engines, distribution systems, or partner publications. FAMED PR does not control third-party algorithms, moderation systems, platform removals, publication policy changes, account restrictions, or future edits/removals by third parties.
FAMED PR is not liable for actions taken by third parties after delivery, including post-publication edits, content removal, account suspension, ranking changes, link changes, or reduced visibility over time.
13. Client Warranties
The client represents and warrants that all information, claims, images, music, trademarks, names, likenesses, videos, and other materials provided to FAMED PR are accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and authorized for use.
The client agrees not to submit false statements, fake achievements, fabricated press claims, defamatory content, or any material that violates another party’s rights.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FAMED PR, its owners, contractors, staff, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your submitted materials, your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAMED PR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost revenue, loss of reputation, data loss, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of our services.
In all cases, FAMED PR’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
16. Service Refusal and Cancellation by FAMED PR
FAMED PR reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a project, remove content, or terminate communication with any client who engages in abuse, harassment, threats, fraud, repeated non-cooperation, unlawful conduct, reputational risk, or conduct that interferes with professional service delivery.
If service is refused or terminated due to client misconduct or breach, no refund will be due for time reserved or work already performed.
17. Confidentiality
FAMED PR will use reasonable care with non-public client information shared for project execution. However, no method of digital transmission, storage, or communication can be guaranteed 100% secure. The client should avoid sending highly sensitive personal information unless necessary.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of FAMED PR services shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
19. Updates to These Terms
FAMED PR may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised version on its website. The updated version becomes effective upon posting, unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
